Been here a few times, can get busy. A lot of regulars. The food is good and is typically what you expect from a pub. But unlike the bad pubs the food isn't microwaved which is good. Though the gravy is very bad and should be avoided. The salad bar isn't bad and has more variety then other nearby pubs

Great meal deals for lunch during the week. I strongly recommend the steak sandwich, the chicken shnitty is massive lol. We've become part of the furniture on Friday lunch and get comments from the staff if our group is smaller than usual, it's feels good to have that kind of rapport and feel welcome :)
